3.3 Last Chance Items

Items in our “Last Chance” category are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Your order is considered accepted once we send shipping confirmation.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, though we will honor the price at time of order confirmation.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned products must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Drinkware (hygiene considerations)
• Camp Cooking equipment showing signs of use
• Cookware with evidence of heating or cooking
• Opened or used Cases & Containers
• All Last Chance clearance items (final sale)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package items securely with all original materials

4. We inspect items and process refunds within 3-5 business days

6.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

• Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless due to our error.

6.5 International Returns

For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. Contact us before initiating an international return.
