Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned products must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify your desired replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship your exchange item once the return is received and approved. If the exchange item differs in price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality standards synonymous with the Snow Peak brand, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Drinkware (for hygiene considerations)
  • Camp Cooking equipment showing signs of use
  • Cookware with evidence of heating or cooking
  • Opened or used Cases & Containers
  • All Last Chance clearance items (final sale)

These exceptions reflect our commitment to providing gear that meets the uncompromising standards our community expects for their outdoor adventures.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before initiating an international return for specific instructions.
